1. High sensitive sensors
Reversible Schottky barrier height regulation betweenmetal and semiconductor contact by triboelectric voltagefor ultrasensitive detection of gas, UV light, biomolecule and nerve signal (bullfrogsciatic nerve). 2. Implantable &biodegradable supercapacitor and triboelectric device：
Fully biodegradable capacitor as energy storage unit and power source in vitroand in vivo to power electronic device. (Advanced Science 2019, 1801625; CoverArticle, high citation by ESI).
Fully biodegradable triboelectric nanogenerator (TENG) in vitro and in vivo asan energy harvester to convert biomechanical energy into electric energy, andas an electric stimulator to regulate beating rate of myocardial cell cluster. (AdvancedMaterials 2018, 30, 1801895. high citation by ESI. IF:21.95).
3. Self-assembly ofnanomaterials
Self-assembly of concentric carbon nanotube rings by evaporation-driven method. It’s auniversal method to present diverse self-assembly of nonvolatile nanomaterialson flexible or rigid substrates. (Applied Surface Science2014, 313,220-226; Small 2017, 1603642; ACSOmega, 2019, 4, 16209-16216)
